big update

changed the ui, should look better now. added the ability to upload levels to a server. added a new block: on contact will turn deadly for a short time. fixed bugs with the webm bg color. added a way for people to just get to the editor immedietly without having to beat the game first; might not be the final design. i think i added more, but i forgot what it was.
